This document incorporates and is governed by the Framework Terms of Service outline by the Key Terms defined below as well as the Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.0 Common Paper, incorporated by reference. Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Signed Agreement will control over the terms outlined below. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this document have the meanings given in the Signed Agreement or the Standard Terms.

Cloud Service: mlop, inc.
Order Date: the effective date of the Signed Agreement.
Subscription Period: the period of validity for use of Cloud Service.
Cloud Service Fees: the fees for the Cloud Service, as set forth in the Signed Agreement and displayed at mlop, inc. at the time of purchase.
Use Limitations: mlop is only authorized for use by the organization that purchased the Cloud Service. Usage in excess of the fair use policy set forth in the Signed Agreement will incur additional charges.
